Born in Louisiana on February 22, 1977. As you can see he was the cutest baby!!! And a happy one too! From then on, he would be remembered as making anyone smile and laugh when he walked into a room. |

| 1995 |

Graduation.
Graduated from Basile High School in Basile, LA
From there he went to Sowela Tech. in Lake Charles to get a degree mastering in mechanics. Worked at various body shops until he opened his own in Moss Bluff, LA. He was the most skilled at fixing cars and he LOVED doing it. |

He opened his own body shop doing what he absolutely loved - working on cars, and got a great reputation in just a few months.
From the time he was little, Joel loved working on cars. He would take a whole engine apart, and put it back together just to learn how it worked! |

| 2005 |
|
|
|
|
Passed away on May 02, 2005 at the age of 28 attempting to rescue the life of a boy who fell into the water. He did rescue him, but Joel didn't make it. He will be so sadly missed by his friends and family. He is truly 'A HERO' to all who knew him. |
